Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager for IT Software Sales and Marketing will be responsible for driving the growth of the company’s software solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent sales skills, and the ability to market IT software products to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities and key target markets for software products.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at key accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or marketing in the IT/software industry.
- Strong understanding of IT software products and solutions (SaaS, Cloud Computing, AI, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
