Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team at ABM Techno Matrix Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for assisting our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring a seamless experience with our POS software solutions (Liquor Shop & Restaurant POS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and non-technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot software-related issues and guide customers in using our POS systems effectively.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt resolution of queries.
• Collaborate with the development team to report bugs, feature requests, and improvements based on customer feedback.
• Document customer interactions, solutions, and issues for future reference.
• Assist in onboarding new clients by providing training and software demonstrations.
• Stay updated with product enhancements to offer better support.

Requirements:

✅ 2-5+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the POS software/retail technology sector.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve customer issues.
✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Bengali is a plus).
✅ Prior experience using CRM tools and ticketing systems.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client queries efficiently.
✅ Technical knowledge of software applications or POS systems is a plus.
