Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our Front Office team at ABM Techno Matrix Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently. This role involves lead generation, customer support, and ensuring a smooth client interaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.
• Explain our POS software solutions and services to prospects.
• Generate leads and schedule product demonstrations.
• Follow up with existing customers for renewals, feedback, and support.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).
• Proven ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
• Experience in the software or POS industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for managing calls and leads.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or office setting.
